QuickTek™ Support Services: When you just need it done.

QuickTek™ Support Services are available with both residential and corporate pre-paid plans. They offer some benefits above and beyond our standard “pay-as-you-go” plans, including QuickTek™ support calls that are completely *free under 10 minutes! The basics of our Pre-Pay packages are simple: you pre-purchase tech support by the hour and use it as you wish, when you wish. The more you buy, the more you save. Simplicity defined.

For example…

Let’s say you purchase 50 hours of support. You can then call us and use some hours this week, next week, and so on, until your hours are used up. When you need more time, buy more time! Just like a pre-paid phone except that you actually get a better rate when you purchase into our QuickTek™ plans, unlike the higher rates you often pay with other pre-pay setups.
