Won’t print. Slows down. Can’t sync. No Internet. And on and on…

We feel your pain

But not to worry: the good news is that 9 times out of 10 there is a simple fix to most every Mac problem, and we know pretty much all of them!

Call us. We will not break your bank. We will come straight to your home or home-office and get you up and running again in no time. We will wipe our feet before we enter and clean up before we leave.

And should your Mac need hardware servicing, we will transport it for you and bring it back to you when completed. If your Mac is currently under warranty, we’ll do our best to see that the service is covered.

And, as we do all of this, we will keep you informed every step of the way (that’s where the candle-lighting metaphor comes in). If you want to learn how to fix the problem yourself next time—no problem—we’ll teach you. If you don’t want to hear it (just fix it!) -- no problem—we’ll do it.

Why would we teach you our secrets?
